Overall a very poor experience. I have since changed to a different GP practice for better service. After having blood tests carried out, I was not contacted with my results or given any explanation of what they meant for my health. Instead, I received a text simply booking me in for another test four weeks later, with no prior discussion, guidance, or reassurance. My 87 year old neighbour is at this doctors there awfull doctors.the story's ive heard off him about that place 🙄 .hes been poorly all week. Chest bad .not eaten. Cough .not moved out bed ect he asked for home visit .reception women said no not house bound so can get here .he was told got wait 3 weeks for appointment. Where to start? Half of the doctors don't listen, are rude, belittling and sexist and will just laugh at your problems or refuse to make referrals even if they can't treat you. If you want names- Dr Lyburn is extremely rude, condescending and just generally vile. Dr Badesha literally laughed at me over my skin problems. All the good doctors like Dr Ash seem to leave the practice. Most of the receptionist staff are extremely rude, then do their best to block you from making complaints.
