There vets tell lies and them when you confront them about it they simply say that you are NO longer a client and have to go elsewhere. Due to the lies they told, Petplan wouldnt pay our claim and at that present moment in time couldn't pay the £1600 until the following day for his treatment (having already spent over £800). They simply abandoned us and told us to find a new vets. Unfortunately due to the time it took to find a local vets that could do the treatment he was too unwell and he passed away before surgery.
