I first saw Sophie in 2024, having gone through a personal experience which gave me the courage to seek outside help and become who I am today. The challengers I faced were all dealt with, quality of life improved, and enjoyment of life radically surpassed my previous version of life. I had my reiki first degree training with Sophie this week. I didn’t know what to expect. I was so thankful to Sophie of how my training day went . I learnt a lot and it was so peaceful and welcoming with Sophie . Sophie made it easy to understand and I could as many questions as I needed .Thank you so much for a brilliant day.

I completed Reiki second degree with Sophie and thoroughly enjoyed my time with her. She was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful and easy to get on with. She made me feel at ease and I feel confident that I can now give my clients a better class of treatment because of the quality of the training I received from Sophie.
