Sophie was amazing from start to finish. She updated all my electrics and provided me with all the correct fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms that were needed in my flat. She was reliable, trustworthy I would highly recommend her.
The most unprofessional electrician I have ever come across. She constantly schedules appointments then re-schedules, then cancels a few minutes before she is due to arrive. She answers the phone while she’s busy tending to children and pets so she isn’t able to concentrate on either which leads to issues because she can’t remember what was discussed! Wouldn’t recommend even if the service was free, not worth the hassle.
I called Sophie this morning since one of our lamps stopped working. She was heading out of town, but promptly went above and beyond to try to help me by phone. She is a fantastic communicator (I am the least handy person ever and was able to follow her instructions) and I’m floored that she would take a genuine interest in helping me even when it meant I could ultimately solve the problem myself. If you’re reading this, don’t hesitate, just call her!
Unlike many others in her profession, Sophie is an excellent communicator and keeps you constantly up to date with what is required. Very professional and I would recommend to anyone looking for electrical services.
