This is so, so, worth it. I felt amazing afterwards. I walk an average of 5 miles each day that I'm at work and my feet and whole body felt incredible after my reflexology treatment. I also got the most amazing swirls of colours behind my eyes which was fascinating, I was told these were my chakras. My son also had a treatment, and considering he is a constant fidgeter I have never ever seen him so still. I even thought he'd fallen asleep at one point but he hadn't he was just so purely relaxed.
