While Dr Pak is really very good, her office staff and office protocol is horrible. Her husband sells overpriced glasses in the waiting room, her receptionist hands out prescriptions for contact lenses with warnings on them not buy them anywhere but their office and when 1800contacts called to verify a prescription, they did not return the call for confirmation. For these reasons, My family and I would not return nor would I recommend this hassle to anyone else.
I have been Dr. Pak's patient for about 10 years. I have always found her to be thorough and highly professional. I'm a diabetic, so I need two eye exams per year; one medical, to assess the disease's impact on my eyes, and another, more common exam to test my eyesight. Every year Dr. Pak does a great job of explaining things to me in terms I can understand. She is a great doctor whom I highly recommend.
