Dr Pak has been treating my parents for quite some now. My mother is 73 and three years ago, Dr Pak performed a procedure which eliminated her need for glasses. My mother was dependent on glasses for over 20 years. So you can just imagine how life-changing it was. In addition, my father is 77. In 2019, he was having trouble reading the newspaper. I had a great experience with Dr Pak and her staff. I was referred by my GP. My exam was thorough, I had a lot of questions and she answered them all, kindly, which I appreciated . Highly recommended.
Curt, rushed, borderline rude and unprofessional. Don’t go here if you want anything resembling a an adequate examination. The billing process was anything but pleasant.
I can't recommend her more HIGHLY. Dr Pak performed 3(THREE) corneal transplants on me and 1 corneal transplant on my father! There are no guaranties on any surgeries. Dr Pak may seem abrupt, but always right to the point on diagnosis.
I assume she can diagnose a vision issue, but any eye doctor can. Dr. Pak shows zero caring, and typifies the phrase "treat patients like a number". My total time in her office including 2 minutes of banter while the receptionist prepared my clipboard of new patient paperwork, completing the paperwork, and eye exam was a grand total of 11 minutes from start to finish. No introduction, zero questions from her, and then she just left the room when she was done with her 3 min. exam. Really wierd!
I was a new patient looking for a contact lense prescription. I went in and the doctor rushed the appointment. She didn’t take the time to close the door as she checked my eyes and seemed to not care too much for me as a patient. On top of that, my contact lense prescription wasn’t even signed by her but her signature was forged my the front lady. I had a few questions regarding the payment and prescription I received, I go up to the front ladies and they give me an attitude. Incompetent office.
Would definitely recommend Dr. Pak to family and friends.
The doctor does not spend a lot of time with you. Her technicians do all the exams. It is a very cold and unfriendly office. Her staff has no personalities!! I've only heard bad things snout this office. Can't wait to change doctors.
