The doctor does not spend a lot of time with you. Her technicians do all the exams. It is a very cold and unfriendly office. Her staff has no personalities!! I've only heard bad things snout this office. Can't wait to change doctors.
I was unexpectedly diagnosed with cataracts and offered the option for cataract surgery suing a standard or multifocal lens. Dr. Pak explained what was necessary and I agreed to let her do it. Her care and follow-up was excellent. I never thought I would recommend surgery but how couldn't I given that I see so much better now. I recommend her highly. She is competent, capable and caring and this comes from someone whose son and daughter are both in healthcare.
Dr. Pak is honest and efficient. She lets you know with clarity the state of the health of your eyes, prognoses and treatment plans. In conjunction with her optician, one receives complete eye care. Dr. Pak's staff is polite and fully attuned to the needs of the patient.
I love Dr. Pak she’s been my family ophthalmologist for years. The offices are always clean, orderly and the staff are helpful and proficient. I also love that i can pick up frames there as well and they provide great pricing and service.
As a new patient this year, Dr. Pak made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough with my exam. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and will recommend to all of my family and friends. Thanks so much Dr. Pak!
I was in New York on vacation visiting family, when I was referred to Dr. Pak to have get an second opinion regarding my diagnosis of glaucoma. Dr. Pak was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. The wait to see the Doctor took less than ten minutes. The office staff was very friendly. Tony the optician, was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the perfect frames that fit me!
Dr. Pak is an excellent M.D. and Surgeon. She performed my cataract surgery and gave me a new set of eyes! I can finally see again ! Having surgery was the best decision I could have made and I have Dr. Pak to thank for that! Thank You so much Dr. Pak! You are the best.
Dr. Pak is a phenomenal ophthalmologist! She is very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions!
As a medical professional (RN) I found her to be short, dismissive and rude... no eye contact while discussing outcome of exam and findings. Extremely rushed. Would not recommend to anyone. Also gave her a second chance and had actually an even worse bed side manner. She will not last long
