Love sonic. It took a long time to order. Ordered then slush machine broke. Then re ordered and took 25 minutes to receive shakes. maybe a flook incident.
Well the only reason we came here is cause we are going to the Honda Civic Ctr for a concert. First advice: BRING HAND SANITIZERS! The speaker and everything else you need to touch to place your order is FILTHY. They need to clean and sanitize it at least twice a day. Second advice: when you are throwing out your food trash be prepared to have other people trash hit your face. Their trash is OVERFLOWING. Overall a dirty place. The food? Drove down here from LA. Finally waited 20 minutes to place an order, no greetings, finally placed order to be informed "they were out of soft serve ice cream for the day?" I'm a bit puzzled as they are open till 2 am and ran out of soft serve at 10 pm. Better off going to McD's for a McFlurry as it is closer, cheaper, & friendlier.
Terrible servive. Been there for over 2 hours just waiting to place an order this is a rediculous. I'm never coming back to this one on lemon
They're not friendly at all service is bad they're rude and they take forever to take your order while you hear them having fun laughing like crazy in the kitchen, just some damn shakes took one hour, you ask for your order and they ask you what was that you order again? Absolutely not a good one. After 50 minutes of wait they came to ask what my order was... honestly they need to be trained a little better in customer service, need to learn how to treat customers.
