Worst service ever!!!! Stupidly waited 35 minutes for someone to respond on the speaker.. Finally waived down an employee and asked if the speaker was working. She said yes but that there were 9 people waiting in line before us! She pulled that number out of her ass bc we got there before any of the other cars and they were taken care of before us!!! So she comes back to manually take our order.. Then comes back and says they don't have hot dogs or the sandwich I wanted. I said fine.. We waited another 20 minutes.. And still... read more
My squad and I were served @9pm last night at a table in a perfect amount of time. I got a double bacon cheeseburger, fries, and an Oreo chocolate shake. Life was lived.
Service is Horrible!!! Waited half an hour for two small shakes.. Only 6 cars parked for device... Ugh!
Slow service. You cannot tell if the speakers for ordering work or not. Sat there for 10 minutes pressed the button many times to no avail. Pulled into another bay and my order was taken inmediately. The Sonics in the South are far better for service and quality than this one in Anaheim . The food is not good heee in Anaheim but the drinks are great!
We are still waiting 26 minutes for our drink order of 4.... As the teenagers with me would say"today would be nice" we will see there are 50 minutes left in the day!
