I visit quite often because it's close but the service is horrible. I mean really, 30 mins for a bag of ice. And I was treated rude by a manager.
Do not hand the people that work there your card if the reader don't work, pay cash. Some of the workers make copies of the card and sell the information and all the sudden your account is cleaned out, and the hassle to get back is not worth the damn burger and drink.. Stay as far away as possible.
Drove from Los Angeles cause the damn commercials make it seem so good. Big let down, I won't even get into it.. I just won't come again.. Damn you shake aficionado! OK , I HAVE MORE TO ADD I walked up to the door and caught a glimpse of inside the kitchen, its disgusting! The floor is a mess, can the manager get someone to sweep up all the damn papers off the floor? Its not that hard and also the doors on the fridge condensers are off the fridge and on the floor, those are supposed to be on the the fridge. Thats a huge no n... read more

Very slow service, every visit same thing. 20+ minutes when they are slow. Love Sonic but this location needs improvement
