Extremely bad service. Waited for over 30 minutes for "Fast Food" at the location at 441 North Placentia , Fullerton, CA 92831. DO NOT GO HERE. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND WILL BE THE LAST.

Just went to Sonic here and it was horrible. I use to work at sonic in KY - so I get it! When someone places an order you should REPEAT IT! They didn't repeat our order and so when it was wrong - we got attitude from the girl who took the order! Nope, I will never be back
if I could use negative stars to rate I would, this location is a joke! service does not exist - I went there earlier, it was busy, pressed the button over 12 times over the course of a several minutes, no one showed. someone who showed up after several min after me got help before me. I never got service. this is completely normal have had this happen many times. when I have actally placed my order it is forever to get the food and staff are rude, mean an usually unfriendly
