I have been here more then once and every time the food is cold and made like in a hurry. When it's busy it might be okay but even when they aren't, it's still the same ..and they take long. Nothing compared to the locations in Houston
I have never in all my life experienced such horrible service. It took 15 minute to place the order, then the waitress completely disregarded the fact that we requested more than one order. They then got our order wrong 4 times and then had the nerve to be irritated with us. The manager was terrible and we waited 30 minutes to finally get our orders. I would never in life go to this sonic again and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else goes their either

I drove all the way from L.A. just to get a slush and a bag of ice. ONE DRINK. I was alone and I just wanted to try ONE DRINK. Pushed the red button to order 4 times and received no response. I waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Finally, after 15 more minutes, I got my drink and bag of ice. They have a help wanted sign posted so I guess they're understaffed. So, I didn't get angry. But damn, I drove 36 miles just to sit in the hot sun and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. FOR ONE DRINK. Please start sell... read more
When we first pulled up a pushed the red bottom to order it didn't work. So we moved to another space still didn't work. So I got a worker attention she said sorry were a little busy but I can take your order which total out to be $23.00 got the food went to a local park to enjoy my meal. To find out order was cold & wrong. Will never go back the one in Duarte is better
Didn't at all like the fact that I drove all the way from Inglewood to get a slush and some other items based of Google and the sonic website states they are opened until 2 am Sundays- Thursday .....when I got there at 1:05 am they said they were closed . Then had the nerve to tell me to check the website for the time ummm I think they need to check the website lol it even says it on this page .....open till 2 smh . They actually had a group of kids eating in the dark and had about 4 cars in the stalls .... I was sooooo Mad ... read more
Really bad and super slow service. Only two reasons i stop here are because it's the closest to my house (i have to drive 30 minutes) and because my girls' literally beg to come here. I have been coming here for 9 years and it still doesn't change.
