Great experience. Delicious Food. Sonic was well worth the wait.
Terrible service. It took them three times to get our order correct. We had special orders, but nothing complicated. Our place in Florida has never had a problem. Then, after all the mishaps, and us spending over $70 there, the manager, who came out to correct the order the first time, didn't even offer to comp anything. They were slow and then acted as if we were the problem. Then it took them two tries to get the right keys to the restrooms. I would not recommend this location.
The food was great, slushes weren't.!!! Also, customer service could have been better.
I ordered a peach sweet tea and two corn dogs. The tea tasted old and was really gross and has no peach flavor. I then asked for them to make me another one and the brought me a new tea but it tasted exactly the same even though the manager said she had made new tea which obviously was a lie. Also when I started eating the corn dogs they were both undercooked and mushy from the dough not being cooked on the inside. I bought a gift card on the app because the stall was not taking my debit card, after spending $36 on the digital gift card to satisfy our $27 bill I was told they didn't have the capability to pay through the app!!!! WHY WAS THE OPTION GIVEN ON THE STALL SCREEN? Then the "supervisor" Julie came out and was extremely disrespectful and offered no solution to solve this. Then has the nerve to say "you need to pay with something else because we don't take that right now". I SPENT $36 ON THIS STUPID APP AFTER DRIVING 40 MINUTES ... read more
The food was great and we got it fairly quick... the problem was right before we left we ordered 2 shakes and waited 20 minutes for two strawberry shakes
