Best tea in union city Leon and Connie. White. Left a great legacy. We love sonic.
Went there tonight after the Christmas parade. Ordered food for 3 people and it was all correct and all there! Thank you so much for showing a little pride in your business. Impressive ... it's been a while since I've seen a to-go order prepared correctly AND it be complete when it arrives at my house ... high five.
They can never get our orders right, and why are the milkshakes hard as rocks. Milkshake's have milk and ice cream and can be drunk though a straw.
I waited 10 min for my order to be taken. Finally I asked a carhop if the speaker was working. She finally came back out with a piece of paper to take my order. While she was taking my order they came over the speaker to take my order. That was 15 min later. I'm waiting on my order it's been 30min now. I'll post finial outcome later.
I think Sonic has the best milkshakes and the sweet tea tastes the same way my mom makes it. Y'all are the best and love y'all so much
It would be nice if the cook would actually prepare what the customer ordered. I placed an order this morning for a simple French Toaster sausage sandwich & after I got all the way back home I realized I didn't get what I ordered. There was no excuse for my order to be wrong other than the face that the cook simply doesn't care enough to get it right. I was one of 3 customers on the lot so "we were busy" was definitely not the excuse. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks my order has been wrong and quiet frankly I'm tired of wast... read more
DO NOT GO TO SONIC UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT AN HOUR TO GET YOUR FOOD. THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!
