So, and I'm just curious here, can Sonic actually GET an order right? 4 consecutive visits, 4 consecutive wrong orders. A large order of tots, please - small order of tots. A large, hot coffee with praline pecan in it, please. - a medium iced coffee. (3 straight days on that one) It's like I'm putting quarters in a novelty toy machine - I have no idea what I'm gonna' get. The fun is in finding out! Between this one and the one in Martin, I might as well be gambling. My win percentage would CERTAINLY be higher.
Wrong hours on the website. Not very professional.
Very rude people tonight. The lady taking order cut me off before I could finish my order. Then they call back tell me we are out of wings my child ordered. Then get home and find a black hair in tator tots. No one in my house has black hair.
Never disappointed. Always good food and service. Ordered #2 the other day when passing by and made me wish the Sonic close to me was this good!
I just left the place. It really made me mad because I had to repeat the question like 4 times and they just ask if I needed anything else. Just said no, that I just wanted my frozen limemade. They got this fancy screen now where it tells you what they exactly are doing with your order. And when it says that they're in the way with your order well they never show up. Cold food, no taste but good service. Sent fries back.
I requested large blended coke float..5.90, (usually awesome in union city) well what I got was large coke with one small scoup of ice cream. .. was horrible tasting .. wouldn't swap out or add more ice cream... just bad experience today.. usually they are awesome. .
