This is the second day in a row I have had a classic slinger at your union city Sonic. The good news is the bun was warm. The bad news is the burger was lukewarm, the cheese was cold, and all the toppings were on one side of the burger. The second day I had the classic slinger with only mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Get a different person taking your order. Twice in a week.
If I could give a 0 star I would .Ordered the $3.99 chicken strip Box was filled with cold tater tots and 2 and one half cold soggy strips . Don't expect them to be $3.99 because they are not .The sign says they are and also commercial .when asked about it was told they were privately owned and could charge what they wanted .They will charge somebody else because you lost a customer .One more Union City business going to bite the dust
Just ordered a large cheese stick and got a medium instead paid 2$ extra just to be let down would a been five star if they would just get my order right
I get two chicken tender meals. Want order of onion rings. Get told can't have onion rings cuz we don't have any. Get the meals home open them open them up and there's no gravy in them. Why? Told by girl because we don't include gravy with them anymore, just their crappy dipping sauce. Really? Won't be going back.
Waited 20 minutes on food only for everything to be wrong. Ordered a burger meal with no cheese and mustard, tots, and a 6 pc mozzarella sticks. What did I get? A CHEESEburger covered in mayo and no mozzarella sticks. Called back to get the mozzarella sticks (hadn’t checked the burger at this point) and she said I was only charged for 2 pc. Ok then I’ll take a 4 pc along with the 2 I’ve already paid for. Pay for the 4 pc, wait 10 more minutes and they bring out the 4pc but not the 2 pc. SERIOUSLY! Get it together!
