It was aroumd lunch time Got some hard recooked fries a cold burger with cheese not even melted pd $7.67 an could not even eat that mess had to get my money back

I do not eat cheese on my burger. Every time I order the burger I say pickles, mustard, onions and NO CHEESE. every time I get cheese. They come and get it and pitch it in the garbage. Seems to me this is a waste and would dig into the profit. All they have to do is listen and it would put money in your pocket rather than in the trash. I love Sonic but it's so aggravating. And why is UC Sonic mor expensive than any other we eat at? I don't understand that unless it's to pay for the loses made in mistakes.

Got order wrong for fourth time in a row. Overcharged me on my boneless wings so I had them read the order back and they read it back correctly. I told them take the wings off if the 12pc is same price as 24pc and he then realized he was charging me for the 24pc and fixed it. The three combos I had included a come, sweet tea and a sweet tea with mango and I got a come with mango and two sweet teas. I kept it at 3 stars because the car hop was super polite and the order came quickly.
