Restful Orthopaedic Medium Firm Pocket Sprung Mattress. My journey buying my first Sominor mattress began badly i have to admit. The mattress was delivered and after unpacking i noticed tears on sides of the fabric of the bed likely caused in transit with a courier it was explained. But very quickly Sominor agreed to collect the damaged one and replace it with a new mattress. This happened in a matter of days. Bought a mattress though debenhams and it smell musty like a wet towel i contacted debenhams and the supplier somnior beds says it's a new mattress smell lol... I'm having to sleep in another room as it smells so bad
I ordered a mattress via Debenhams website. Was pleased with the mattress but unfortunately had to send back as there was no manoeuvrability when attempting to get it around our semi spiral staircase. The mattress is a good Med/Firm, unfortunately no good for my property. Sominor customer service arranged for it to be collected promptly and have arranged my refund via Debenhams. Excellent customer service. Less than a week later my refund has been issued from Debenhams. Well done all.
