Excellent Service from Somerset tyres. We were on our last day of holiday with a punctured tyre and we had to leave our holiday cottage by at certain time. The receptionist, manager and mechanic were very accommodating and very friendly , and helped us out with this stressful situation and got us back on the road! Thank you so much
Gave me a quote for a service then added on things I did not ask for without calling me and then charged me for it. Don't see the point in having a quote. Also said a set of my brake pads have 14% and told me they would only last me like 200 miles, which I feel like is scare mongering. Reply: There are two sets of brake pads and one was at 40% and one was at 14% I have the invoice too. Brilliant service from everyone at Somerset tyres. I had a major puncher which resulted in me being unable to drive my van any further, they came out to me with in 15 minutes to fix tyre and got me on my way. Thanks again.
I had a great experience at this shop. The owner was incredibly helpful — he came out just before closing time and even stayed open late to help us out. We really appreciate the excellent service and kindness. Highly recommended!
First Class Service and Customer Care. After getting a wrecked tyre in my van, they quickly replaced it and I was back on my way with 30 minutes. Excellent all round and I highly recommend.
