Excellent customer service from Karl. He was very helpful and knew everything about the vehicle we were interested in, answering all our questions in detail. We appreciated Karl's calm, kind and approachable personality- as people with little experience buying vehicles, we were worried the salesmen would be pushy but this was not the case. Thank you!
