We deliberately chose a local company and initially were happy, but the work wasn’t completed on the first day which is when things went wrong. The second date was rescheduled 4 times and at short notice by the sub-contracted installer, with the final date being a total no-show following a message saying he’d be here shortly. We raised this with our original contact who quoted for the work who was away on holiday for 2 weeks then off work due to illness. Geoff turned up exactly when he said to give me a quote for a new loft ladder and hatch. Phoned me soon after to confirm when the job would be be done.very quickly as it happened,which suited me just fine. Alex duly arrived on time.2/3 hours later,job done. Both very nice chaps,excellent service done at a fair price. Would happily use them again.
