Really good communication, but heavily let down by poor quality of work, only did the bare minimum for insurance claim and wasn't up to standard at all, orange peel all over the panels that were done, now have to take it up with the insurance company. Wouldn't recommend using them at all
We were sent there because Aviva own them. Never again. So many things wrong I do not have the time or space to list. If all you want is a car back clean driveable then no problem. If you care about your paintwork or how the car looks, go elsewhere.

Not sure how this place calls it self a repair centre. Had our car back from them and the respray was shocking. Over spray all over both doors. They then drove our car 35 miles to return it to us so a total waste of our feul and pointless miles added to the car only for it to have to be returned and it still took them 2 attempts to correct the work.
