Verified Renter I have been a resident at Solitude Centennial since about 2011. The apartments where beautiful.The staff was amazing! The landscaping looked beautiful. Security guards at times. Now, I pay double and downsized. Staff changes, so I have to explain my issues over and over. And there's not resolution. One of my bedroom windows derailed. I was afraid it would fall down. Their solution till this day is just don't open it above 4". High rent LOW quality.

Verified Renter It is very hard to pay rent in the first of the month since I don't receive Social Security until the third and the management refuses to cooperate by giving me until the third to pay. That tells me they don't care enough about the residents but more about the money.
