Verified Renter Out of all the Greystar properties, I really love living here at solitude. Maintenance is so responsive and fixes things the first time. Everyone is so nice and friendly in the office.
Verified Renter I have had issues since moving in a year ago and have tried on multiple occasions to talk to someone about resolving these issues. The office manager Raquel has been extremely rude and some of the comments she has said to me I could never even imagine saying to a guest in my restaurant let alone resident of a property. She is ineffective in her role as property manager and it’s very disappointing that reaching out to Greystar has not helped resolve anything.
Verified Renter I used to really love this apartment. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained. I enjoyed the peace and it was a comfortable place to call home for quite a while. However, recently I've started to feel uneasy. There have been random people knocking on our door at odd hours, sometimes late at night. It’s honestly a bit unsettling.

Verified Renter Great experience! Nice office staff quick and easy access to your office space with all your amazing staff and activities available. Great ?? place to live . A lot of bugs I’m afraid of bugs but other than that nice and quiet place to enjoy for your lease options.

Verified Renter Overall the move-in process was fast and to the point. I appreciated the front office for getting me moved in because other properties told me that it would take their manager at least 5 days to look at the application. The community is very peaceful. I love the library and city park across the street. My family has enjoyed the events at both places.
Verified Renter Apartment was filthy. Pet food on floors, floors black with dirt. Windows dirty. Bathroom had no lever to divert the water from tub to the shower, so no shower! No drain plug so, No Bath! Tub faucet leaked. No drain in tub, just a big hole. Bathroom sink leaked, so No Sink! Basically bathroom was unusable except for toilet. Towed my car. Lied about the gate being closed. Have to pay for covered parking that no one else charges for. Neighbors are nice and don't hear neighbors but really noisy neighborhood.
