It feels like there's little control over who can access the building. Additionally, cleanliness is an issue, especially when it comes to pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. Verified Renter Out of all the Greystar properties, I really love living here at solitude. Maintenance is so responsive and fixes things the first time. Everyone is so nice and friendly in the office.
Verified Renter I have had issues since moving in a year ago and have tried on multiple occasions to talk to someone about resolving these issues. The office manager Raquel has been extremely rude and some of the comments she has said to me I could never even imagine saying to a guest in my restaurant let alone resident of a property. She is ineffective in her role as property manager and it’s very disappointing that reaching out to Greystar has not helped resolve anything.
