Verified Renter Solitude is a convenient location. Other than that I’d pass next time. During the leasing process, the front office is nice and inviting but once you start having valid complaints or repeated repair or maintenance requests it seems that it’s a bother. You’re on your own.

Verified Renter Living at Solitude has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. The management office is shockingly unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in empathy. Instead of supporting residents, they seem to go out of their way to make things more difficult. Verified Renter Solitude is a decent place to live as long as you don't expect great communication from the front office or things to be in working order too often. We have been told, to our faces, that things were not as we experienced them, and that issues, like mold, did not exist even though we caught it first and witnessed it get worse. Verified Renter It was quick and easy and the girls up front were super helpful. I looked at the units I was interested in and was impressed by the layouts and cleanliness. I walked in and was approved the same day.
