Verified Renter Communication upon move-in was very horrible. Leasing staff had to send me multiple move-in letters before they got it right about my move-in date. Natasha made me feel beneath her when going through the process of looking for an apartment. Once the movin date was set. Picking up my keys was a hassle due to the horrible communication.
