Great place to live I love the area, the layout for a 2 bedroom is nice it's quiet and the office staff is friendly. The complex is not that big and I prefer it that way. The landscape is well maintained I love the office center it comes in handy when I need to print some documents and use Internet.the fitness center is small but I don't use it so I don't mind. I've had one maintenance issue it was looked at but I was told that it was a leak due to condinsation and couldn't be fixed sometimes outside bugs get in the apartmen... read more
It's decent. Do your research on other apartments in the area. Theres a lot better apartments around that are cheaper and dog friendly (medium-large dogs) Do not do an impulse buy like I did. Cons Their pet policy is terrible. They only allow dogs under 40 lbs, most medium-large dogs are well over 40. So if you are moving down and have huskies/labs/sheps, sorry find another place to live. And they charge 25 bucks a month for "pet rent" with a 400 dollar security deposit. Also after your first lease is up they jack up the mon... read more
Quiet, clean, friendy. A wonderful place to call home! We have lived here almost 2 yrs. The management team is respectful, & professional. I have had no major maintenance issues. I have not experienced any loud or abusive neighbors in my bldg. or on the property. The grounds are kept clean & landscaped weekly. The apt. appliances are in great shape and free of maintenance.
