Verified Renter Signing on for our 8th year, overall, pretty happy with our community. With the exception of too much trash in the rear of the complex, and the fact that lazy , irresponsible pet owners who dont pick up after their animals.

Cockroach infested I don’t understand why residents pay for additional pest control fee when it’s useless because this place is infested with roaches.

Great Community One of the most beautiful and gorgeous communities I've seen yet! The location is great, I love the Centennial Hills area, it's the best. Near by a lot of shopping and amazing restaurants. The office staff is always friendly and they take great care of their residents. The maintenance staff is great as well.

Worth it for the price...nothing else Nice place. Decent rent prices. Cheapest that we found. Maintenance is quick to respond to complaints and always friendly. Management is lazy(except for Brittany). Car port included with rent(and RESERVED FOR RESIDENTS), but expect people to park in it and NOT get towed like they state. And management won’t do anything about it. Especially when it happens consistently. They state that the covered is for residents only, and guests should park in UNCIVERED spots...people don’t listen, and ... read more

Great Apartment Complex We lived at Deer Springs Apartment Complex for about 8 1/2 years. We loved it. Maintenance was always timely. The front office staff very friendly. We moved due to job placement but probably would have lived there much longer. Lots of kids for our kids to play with. What made Deer Springs special is that we were apart of a community. Also, proximity to beautiful parks and shopping was a huge plus for us. We defiantly would recommend this complex to anyone.

Unfriendly to military & residents This community is UNFRIENDLY TO ALL MILITARY, & may even go so far as to insinuate that military members are "stupid," as they did to my husband & other military personnel. Their "new" management are downright rude, so if you expect to be treated respectfully, go elsewhere, this isn't the place. If you have an issue within your apartment, they'll claim they never saw a "work order" for it & make it your fault for their inadequacy rather than accepting responsibility & accountability!

Nice complex The complex is nice, very quiet and the apartment is great. If there is anything wrong they come and fix it. The ladies in the office are always helpful.

Great Place I can't really say anything bad this place. The staff is the best that we've had. Any issue we've had has been resolved same day. Management truly cares about their residents, which is a huge plus in a city this big.
