Louise was super responsive to my shout for help after my dog vomited a lovely rug and left behind a revolting smell! Louise came over, less than 60 minutes after my enquiry (on a Friday evening), & did a beautiful clean. Many thanks.
I must say, Louise and he team did a fantastic job on our living room, stairs and landing. They got rid of some really deep stains from the cat and dog, as well our son’s dirty feet. Great job all round. They even came round to re-do a small patch as part of the initial cost. Couldn’t ask for a better service. We will be using her company again in the new year to do the rest of the house. Highly recommend Solihull Carpet Cleaners.
