Cannot get over the very high quality of customer service from this agency.. I ordered two tickets for a gig and gave the wrong address for receipt of the tickets. Fortunately a month later I ordered a third ticket but this time gave the right address. They picked up on this straight away, rang me to confirm the correct address, cancelled the original two and are leaving replacements on the door. That is going the extra mile by my calculation and shows that some ticket agencies still believe in high quality customer service ... read more
great got a ticket for a gig at the Brudenell when I couldnt find one anywhere else. Freaked a bit as reply talked about posting out the tickets when the gig was the same evening and I couldnt ring to check as I didnt have an e ticket or anything. But I printed off the receipt and the door at the Brudenell said it was ok. Great gig Chantelle McGregor. My first gig for maybe the 3 years since that dreadful Covid lockup.
