Very personable and efficient service (with a smile). Could not ask for more from a store supplying essential mobility-equipment. 5* —— May 2025 -amendment to review:- Solent Mobility have been outstanding, however; Since their importer of wheelchairs made heinous mistakes in frame size after receiving correct measurements from Solent Mobility (wheelchair footplate grounding caused by incorrect size wheelchair frame for leg length before full compression of suspension castoring forks) and subsequently dictating larger wheels... read more
Well done to everyone at this store. I'm pleased with the time and effort taken to resolve a problem for me. Not quite sorted but work in progress... I've been buying goods here for my mother until she passed in 2012. I'm still using her reclining chair!!! and now buying rollator, mobility scooter, etc. to keep me mobile. It makes such a difference having confidence in dealing with such a great team. Keep up the good work x Eileen J.
