Im unsure where these bad reviews are coming from. I am brand new to cycling and recently purchased a 2nd hand road bike. Along with that purchase I had no idea what else I needed other than a helmet. After being recommended solent cycles by a friend I popped down after work and the two assistants (unsure of names) were fantastic, gave me some advice checked my bike over and told me what I needed.
