I can highly recommend Soleful Reflexology. Carly is an experienced and intuitive reflexologist and I have gained tremendously from our sessions in overall well being, help with sleep and processing other elements of life that I have been dealing with. She is able to travel, has flexible timings, and I have certainly appreciated some later evening sessions for total relaxation.

Carly's treatments have been wonderful and really helped me through a difficult time, physically and emotionally. She really understands my needs and uses the reflexology to relax and rebalance - it's a much-needed treat. Having the home visits is so convenient too as it means I can stay relaxed after the treatment - highly recommended!
