I get regular reflexology done here and I can’t recommend the therapy and therapist Sarah enough - she has helped with my stress and anxiety and other ailments - she has magic hands
I cannot recommend Solas more highly. From the magical location being set at the edge of a farm and amongst the woods. The shop itself is a treasure trove. I'm like a kid in a sweetshop there. I had a treatment there with Sarah and her passion and knowledge adds so much to the treatment itself. Make time to explore the farm (Wednesday and Saturday) and woods whilst you are there!!

You feel you are in an isolated area in the countryside with a river canal nearby. Located on Horsenden Farm which has a very large carpark due to the Gruffalo Trail, river walk nearby. See the cows grazing. Perivale brewery is opposite and has Tap Days. The centre is spacious on the inside with a kitchen area. Numerous products to buy. Impressed with the 2 day Meridian Reflexology for the lungs and stomach. Bring a packed lunch.
