Bearly lasted 12 months before.solar panel failed, no refund or apology but offered 30% discount on a further set. Why would you buy another set of poor quality, not fit for purpose lights even at 30% discount? Buy elsewhere would be my advice.
Fantastic support from Solar Centre. Aftercare (Nicole) was really helpful providing a solution to a small issue we had. Really happy with our twin Dorchester Lights...working very well and look great. Will buy again
Brilliant lights
Bought the Edinburgh Festoon lights. Lovely lights. The first set I ordered unfortunately had a loose connection. I emailed and customer service was excellent sending a new set promptly. I've hung them on my balcony and they look great, nice and bright but atmospheric. Really made the balcony a wonderful place to sit in the evening. They charge effectively in the sun and the leaf solar panel was easy to fit on the wall. Much easier than having to connect to the mains but still bright. Would recommend.
Exceptional service and after sales support was first class. we had a issue and it was dealt with promptly without any hesitation and made me feel special. very good customer service.
