I required 2x Aiko 460w solar panels for an ongoing project and I decided to purchase them off solar trade sales. I contacted the sales team and spoke to Mr Will Copeland as I needed to confirm the specifications of the panel prior to purchasing. Mr Copeland confirmed the panels matched my requirements, which also matched the panel displayed on their website. Therefore, I proceeded and purchased the panels. These people have a real bad attitude and are very unhelpful. Lazy and lathargic. I was going to make a big purchase from them but the sales service was diabolical not wanting to really help. Typical tactics to avoid giving a quote and deflecting responsibility. I read the poor reviews and now understand them.
