I required 2x Aiko 460w solar panels for an ongoing project and I decided to purchase them off solar trade sales. I contacted the sales team and spoke to Mr Will Copeland as I needed to confirm the specifications of the panel prior to purchasing. These people have a real bad attitude and are very unhelpful. Lazy and lathargic. I was going to make a big purchase from them but the sales service was diabolical not wanting to really help. Typical tactics to avoid giving a quote and deflecting responsibility. I read the poor reviews and now understand them.

These guys have supplied for our operations for around 4-5 years now. My ops manager is in daily, if not hourly contact with Joe who never fails to deliver. With a dedicated driver on site before 10am on virtually every job, Solar Trade are every much a team member as our technician, roofer, surveyor, admin and back end team.

Part arrived very quickly, but was damaged in transit. Customer services were able to dispatch a replacement within a few days.
