I was disappointed the owner refused to give me a refund on a measly radiator valve after I informed I misplaced the receipt; even though he was aware I was a regular customer who had spent a large amount of money at his shop for my building project and ensured my builder used them for their supplies. Please be very wary of using this shop, if you purchase a faulty item-good luck with getting it sorted. I bought a shower cubicle and shower. The shower valve didn’t work, so after a long wait they replaced it, but that didn’t work either. I was dealing with a very rude and abusive boy Vicash who refused to change it. This as been a very bad a stressful experience for me so be warned
