Fantastic after sales service received this week. Our kitchen is nearly 12m old and needed some minor realignments to draws. A technician was onsite within 3 days of our request being raised and did a fantastic job. Delighted!
The kitchen is wonderful but we had recurrent problems with a Fisher and Paykel very expensive dishwasher. I had contacted Fisher and Paykel on many occasions with no resolution. Eventually contacted Sola about it who responded rapidly and they seem to have finally resolved issues by organising a joint visit by a fitter and an appliance engineer.
