Color specialists at SOK! – I'd heard the stylists at SOK were color specialists and booked an appointment to repair my freaky green chlorine blonde look. They spent time asking me what my color and style goals were and seemed to really care about me and the health of my hair. I'm now a "natural" blonde with a hip new cut and a new regular client of SOK!
great salon & greast colorist! – So, What happens when Casey touches a woman's hair?!! ... Her boyfriend proposes!!! Truly the best salon experience I have had in a while. Casey did a superb job on my hair. He colored and style to perfection (and I am picky!) . The staff in SOK is great- always making sure one feels at home. Hope you enjoy as much as I did! :)
I've Found a Great Salon in Houston – I sat with Andrew and he very quickly interpreted what I was looking for. A stylish cut is great but I?m not an expert on hair by any means. It was nice not to have to explain exactly how my mop should be trimmed. The salon itself is very upbeat and has a welcome atmosphere. Decorated like a gallery. Five stars!
Excellent with curly hair and kids! – My 6 1/2 year old daughter and I took a mother-daughter day to Houston and treated ourselves to good haircuts. I have very, very curly hair and only a few people have been able to give me a good cut. Casey cut my hair and did a fabulous job. He took a lot of time talking to me first about what I wanted and how it would look. The haircut looks fabulous and is easy to care for. George, you're my hero! – I was referred to George through a friend of a friend. Apparently he is the go-to guy for color. I had brutilized my hair... name a color it was in there... red, blonde, black... I was hoping for a more natural look and you know, a little less fried. Our consultation was a little different than other stylist. I told him what I was hoping for and he told me what I needed instead of what I wanted to hear. Long story short, I am hooked. Best hair color and highlights anywhere – George has be coloring and highlighting my nearly tolally grey hair for the past ten years. My color is consistent and natural looking. I no longer live in Houston and George is still my colorist 75% of the time. I only see another colorist when it is impossible for me to get to Houston. I also love the staff at SOK. Curly Hair Girls Run to Casey!!!! – Ok, first off he is fierce! Second, I did not expect that this skinny egyptian god would know what to do with my super curly hair. But he did! My hair is fabulous thanks to his skilled hands. He gave me the best cut ever, And my hair has never felt or looked this healthy before. Thank you Casey for taking this hair from Macy Gray and making it better than Beyonce's. And George is the best colorist! Who would know I'm not a natural red head. Bless You All!
Andrew scissorhands – I came to Andrew with an idea of what I wanted & he worked his magic. Andrew cut 10.5 inches off and gave me an amazing haircut that I absolutely love. SOK salon has plenty of parking and has been a very positive experience for me. Andrew is the best!!!
George is amazing!!! – I've been going to see George at SOK for about 4 years now. He is hands down the best stylist and colorist I have ever had. George takes the time to really listen to your ideas...and will offer alternatives when he feels what you may want will not work best for you. I receive so many compliments on my hair, and I always feel comfortable refering people to him. Do yourself a favor and visit George at SOK. You will not be dissapointed!
