I Got The New Girl In Town!! – I recently moved to Houston for school and needed a new place to go for hair... a girl in my class told me to check out city search so here I am. I came across SOK and gave them a ring. I walked into SOK and the first thing i noticed was the Kerastase products hanging on the doors in which they use for shelving. LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon! – I recently went to see Andrew for a haircut and loved the whole experience! He gave a great shampoo, nice conversation and exactly the haircut I asked him for. The salon is clean and well decorated as well, and all the stylists seemed very stylish. I will definitely be back to see him!
Hair Diaster Diverted – I think I have pretty good hair to work with, however right before my sister's wedding my regular salon screwed me over! Roy makes the cut... – Owner Alden has a first-class operation at the Salon on Kirby. The environment is top-notch and the line of products second to none. I recently had my hair straightened by new stylist Roy. He did an outstanding job. The most successful straightening I have ever had done. My stylist at Christophe in Beverly Hills never did it as well. He followed it up with a trim and I am more than pleased with the results. Casey at Salon on Kirby - Simply the Best! – I have never enjoyed going to the salon to have my hair highlighted and styled. The Salon on Kirby and Casey have changed that! The setting is very relaxed and spacious and I find myself enjoying my appointments because of the calming environment. They will be moving to a new location in early 2009, so I hope that that doesn't change. Best salon in Houston! – The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is fantastic. Roy did a wonderful job on my cut and highlights. He had great advice on products and how to style my hair when I got home, which is always the toughest part of a new hairstyle. Thanks Roy and SOK!
Roy is great!!! – Great experience!!! I went in to see Roy, I have always had a problem with my hair looking thin, he gave me a cut with layers to give it more fullness, I have never been happier, it is a great cut, he is so nice and actually takes time to listen to my needs then makes a plan for what needs to be done. Very sweet guy and I highly suggest that everyone tries him out. Thanks Roy for being wonderful
BEST HAIRCUT EVER!!! – I was recommended by a friend to see Roy, reluctantly I went. I always hate my hair cuts and am intimidated to ask questions or give suggestions. But Roy was so nice and very knowledgeable, he and his staff made me feel super welcomed. He was very professional and showed me how I should style my hair at home.
