I must admit the spa amenities are great. HOWEVER, the front desk staff is very UNORGANIZED, RUDE, UNACCOMMODATING, UNFRIENDLY, ABRUPT and ONLY MONEY DRIVEN!!!!!! It’s VERY clear that SOJO Spa Club is solely about the money and could careless about satisfying their clients. Their MAIN concern is that you pay your total nights upfront when checking in and a $250 deposit per room - which would be held in your credit card for at a least a week after checking out! Overall super clean & fulfilling. Staff can definitely work on their approach to customers with a softer touch and perhaps a more positive attitude. Staff within the locker rooms also seemed uptight & extremely stagnant on pressuring you to never use your phone - a little to harsh on their delivery might I add. Had a meal at the burger terrace section & it took an hour for a burger & fries. Customer service can improve for sure.
Excellent place
I had an awesome experience. So many pools, saunas, baths. We spent the whole day there. Relaxing n really nice. I loved the charcoal, sea salt n Japanese hot stone saunas. Charcoal is 196 degrees but don't give up after walking in. Standing in that heat is rough. Laying down is a different, relaxing experience. Loved the silk bath esp after the force of the hydrotherapy bath made me very itchy. Silk soothed it. Wood bath is nice too. Your skin doesn't get pruny. Very nice place, good customer service
I liked it, I would have loved it if it was a more secluded, more private atmosphere, but I went on the weekend. Suggestion for couples go on a weekday from Monday-Thursday, you will feel more at ease.
This place is like the Disneyland of spas. Excellent deal for gen admission with lots of relaxation options. Plan on at least 5 hours to get the most of your experience!
