It was my first time here. It was a gift from my daughter for my birthday. I’ve been to several spas all over the country in my travels and I can honestly say that SOJO is by far the BEST one. The staff, and I mean EVERYONE, from the moment I pulled in ( valet parking) to the moment I left, was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first visit to SoJo and I must say it was very nice! The pools, spas and amenities were great! The water temperature was perfect! I am big on customer service since that is what I do for a living so I was a bit taken back and insulted, quite frankly when Reuben, the supervisor implied that I wanted to return a "half eaten", extremely under cooked burger in exchange for another one. Relaxing, facilities were immaculate, food great, hot tubs hot. A bit pricey but worth the trip.
