Took my 16 year old niece who was visiting for her first spa experience & she love it as it was her first spa visit. I on the other hand felt that taking your shoes/ sandal when you enter and not providing flip flops to use on very very hot floors in the outdoor pool is inhumane! My feet burnt every time I try to walk any where which made it very difficult to enjoy the outdoor pool. I prices at the restaurant were also outraged. Awesome experience, great atmosphere. Relaxing and very clean. Had lunch there and food was great as well. Highly recommend !!
It was a very nice place but they make you go bare feet All day on hard and sometimes hot surfaces. I suggested that they have little flip flops like at a nail salon! My friends also had issues with their charges.

The facilities are wonderful! However, be careful because they will double charge you and their customer service is horrible. You can't call anyone and have to hope someone calls you back. I RESERVED two small services for my husband and I ($55 & $60). When we arrived my husband paid $150 for our admissions. When we got our spa services he tapped his bracelet and when we got food he tapped his bracelet. I never tapped mine.
