I love the spa itself. The reason for 1 star is because of the VALET people. They took money out of my car. So if you go here, DON'T LEAVE MONEY IN THE CAR. I'll probably still go back to Sojo, but the money they took out is the only tip they're ever going to get. I don't understand why people would steal. I'm guessing the valet people suck so much that they hardly get tips and feel the need to steal.
