Tonight, I brought my 1 year old in because he had busted his chin open in the bath. The excellent staff had us in, treated, and out in 20 minutes! The nurses and PA's are ALWAYS AMAZING!!! And the Doctors are always nice and knowledgeable! Soin is always my first choice when it comes to the ER!

All of the staff have been very courteous and helpful at each visit I've had! The doctors and nurses seem to really care about the patients!

I have to say this hospital was great staff in the ER and the staff in 3 west. I was there and add to be admitted. They keep you up date on everything. They wad great.

Cant reach Billing support. Takes months to get bills. Just got a $361 bill for Physical therapy that the office said was was 100% covered for a 30 minute appointment were I was shown a few basic stretches. The full amount was for $891. So do you actually charge $1782/hr to show people stretches?

Come in thru the ER and the staff all seemed the same. They seemed to be here to do a job and that was it. Very to the books like. They would ask questions and then cut you off when answering to go to the next question. They seemed to not care and be very unhappy with their jobs. Soin is close to home and our new Dr is affiliated but I don't think I will go back.
