We had the best experience at Soin. Dr Ondulick was absolutely amazing. The nurses on the 5th floor were really great - Jennifer, Lauren, Sara, Patty, Elizabeth, Rebecca and their manager Carol. There are other nurses that were there that aided in the care our son received as well - I just can't remember all the names. Thanks so much for making our sons experience there the best you could under the circumstances.

I was went to the emergancey room at Soin Medical Center Monday for stroke symptoms and they treated me great. They admitted me and took alot of test to see what was going on. They watched me closely to make sure i was doing ok. I feel i got 5 star service .

Well my doctor sent me here from his office. Staff is great. Everyone is friendly. Great service.

Awful place..I went there to get my knee drained and they refused..Said that's not what they do there..Even though the Ortho dr they referred me to 3 weeks ago said "If it swells suddenly go to the ER that sent you to me"..All they wanted to do was send me back to a specialist..An obvious attempt for Kettering Health Network to milk more money out of its patients..What kind of dr won't treat a patient in excruciating pain?..The kind that works at Soin..

Absolutely the most amazing experience in labor and delivery, as well as in the mother baby unit! You guys have the best nurse staff I've ever came in counter with ( Wesley, Kathie, April, Tracy- who actually delivered my previous baby for us, and Chelsea)! You currently have a nursing student named Samantha that was the BEST nurse I had while here, she was with me every step of the way during my delivery as well as my first hours of caring for my boy! I want to give a shout out to all the nurses and aides who help me during my stay this past week. Had some medical issues that laid me up here at Soin for a week and all the girls that were on the third floor made my stay a welcoming one. Even though the floor was full with patients, they made me feel like I was the only one there. They were all very nice and went out of their way to take care of my needs. Although I do not wish a hospital stay on anyone, if you have to go anywhere to be taken care of this is the place.

Went to the Emergency room at this hospital. Spent less than 1 hour in their care. Bill was $5,330.00. Even though I was not admitted, the charge for the room alone was $2,200. Quite a fee for lying on top of a bed 35 minutes with all my clothes on. They sent me on my way with a useless prescription.
