this is a bandaid clinic only!they don't know there butt from a whole in the ground. my cousin had a baby here almost died. soins Dr a. left her 'c-section wounds opened got mersa,staff infection transfers to Miami valley. they saved her life. my Brother goes here they told him he had a virus sent him home next day he ended up in ICU at KETTERING fighting for his life. was not a virus was multiple strokes. of Soin would have looked at his labs they would have saw his white blood cell count up to 17k supposed to be 10k Ketter... read more
RecommendedThe staff, everyone from the nurses, to the cleaning team, to the people that deliver your food (which is very good), everyone is kind, compassionate, and treat you like you're very special. They make your hospital stay as pleasant as possible, felt almost like a vacation. :~)
They killed my Dad with their lack of logical thinking. To them they categorize you by the organ they need to fix and look no further into other risks that could kill you because it isn't their department. if you have at risk individuals maybe you need to change your policies and procedures to discussing amongst departments a patients care plan.
Get rid of nursing supervisor and get people that actually care.

Went to Huber Er last night and was treated so poorly! I am sorry for who ever ruined the nurses night before I got there. I would never treat someone so disrespectful especially at my job
The staff at Dr. Scott Vosslers office is the worst I have ever met, rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention the nurse practitioners who cannot do their job. It took over a week before my file was reviewed by he real doctor, at which point I received a panicked phone call from the office stating I had pneumonia, mind you I was diagnosed with allergies the day of the appt. I was told I needed antibiotics immediately, a week later. I do not recommend this office at all, especially if you have small children.
2 1/2 hour wait to be seen in ER. RIDICULOUS
I go to a family practice at Sycamore and it’s been a joke dealing with their billing department. They waited a YEAR to submit a claim that should have been 💯 covered. Now they are going to send it to collections! I’ve been playing phone tag with them for months. It’s almost impossible to get through and when you do it’s the insurance companies fault.
