They are only there to get paid. When I lost my son they failed to tell me that they did not have a nicu. And I am still hurt after 3 years. They don’t treat their patients right.
The nurses on the labor and delivery floor are horrible! They completely ruined my daughters experience giving birth for the first time. They don’t even have a nursery and good luck asking for assistance when nursing for the first time because they make it known you are bothering them if you need help or ask questions. I would not recommend this hospital to any first time mother.
worst hospital ever! "it's ok if you pass out in ER waiting area. we dont have a room for you" If wasnt for our family doctor we would not be here.
RecommendedI recently received care there. This week, I received a get well soon card from the nurses who helped me. Should I need care in the future, they are my first choice.

Very disappointed with Kettering Health Network. I went to one of their facilities 3 times and got the same procedure done every time. My last visit they coded it wrong and my insurance won't accept it. I've called the billing number multiple times and they do nothing, just say "we will get it reviewed." They don't communicate with you to let you actually know your account as been reviewed. Keep getting statements saying my account is past due, but I have no faith that this billing issue has been reviewed again on there end.

I absolutely would not recommend this organization. My 87 year old mother with dementia was recently taken to the Emergency Department at KMC when she had an episode of unresponsiveness at her assisted living facility. She was taken with her glasses, dentures and hearing aids. The hearing aids were lost while she was at the hospital. I have gone through the correct “procedure” to report the loss, get a case number, talk with patient relations and security. Patient relations is a joke.
