Nursing staff was really nice and helpful the doctor I saw wasn't very nice didn't listen to what I had to say
I would like to say that i had a great experience with the staff. The fifth floor med/surg unit really did a great job while I was there. I would like to thank them all by name but there were so many to do that. Just know that all of you do a remarkable job.
The ER waiting room was filthy. The Radiology tech was rude and would not let me accompany my wife to radiology. And the triage team was patronizing at best. I would drive to Kettering, or even take my chances at The Valley before I would come here again. This was the worst ER experience I have had in my many years of hospital work and of accompanying family and friends. I will be lodging a formal complaint.
Soin Medical was great, the nurses, staff and doctors were awesome. Highly recommend, got my husband back in a room within 10 minutes of arrival.
Very good staff! Though the Doc never came back in to see me(I was good then) the nurse Mr. Skywalker was very professional and had knowledge! Very good and again the staff was fun and amazing! Thanks SOIN!
